Where can I buy 4.9 small cell plastic foundation sheets for langstroth hives. I am after the sheets only without the frames so it will be cheaper to send to New Zealand.
There is no where in nz that sells small cell unfortunately so I am hopeing I could get it from overseas.

I think that in the US plastic 4.9mm is only available integrated as a unit in plastic frames. I see a variety of people who want it in wood frames cutting off the plastic frame part so the remaining cell part can be used with wood frames.

Thats interesting. I don't mind it in the plastic frame but its so expensive to have it sent to NZ. I saw some on ebay but it ends up really expensive when you add on the postage.

Unless they have changed the mold on their RiteCell, it is 5.4mm. Not 5.0mm.

Dadant used to have medium brood small cell in wax. I think Brushy Mountain also carries it.
