32mm frame spacing

Hi,

I cutted my frame spacers to 32mm, but now i noticed that frames are 30mm below spacer so it makes only 4mm space below the spacers. It will be too small for bee space and im afraid that they will clue frames together with propolis or something?? anyone has experience with this? should i cut my frames also from below the spacers or is 4mm no problem? at least i should cut bottom bars so they can move upstairs. Hope i made myself clear. Thanks.
