The hive has likely swarmed and left queen cells. If you have enough bees to do a split, you can divide the hive and leave some queen cells in each. If you have other hives available the are strong enough, you can pull a few frames from each and make up nucs for the excess queen cells. If all the queen cells are on one frame, neither of these is easy. If they are spread across several frames, its very easy.
