Just today I went out to a couple of my hives at work and just watched them for a few minutes. One was gathering alot of pollen and the other was not. I didn't have any tools with me to open it up so i will tomorrow.

Does anyone know if this is a sign of a queenless hive? I've never noticed this before.

This was a hive started from a swarm last year and this year i was going to try to raise some queens from it because it was doing so well. I hope when i inspect it on Thursday I will see a queen (or eggs)
