Since I scraped off the old comb (brown, mostly dried-out-looking) from my weak hive's moth grub-infested frames and placed the goop in a plastic bag (and then into the sun), can/should I put the open bag of wax in front of my strong hive so they can maybe use it? I don't want my neighbor's bees...
