    The one in the middle is Mustard Honey made from flowers of mustard plant grown in Northern India.

    Occasionally, I get a harvest where the honey will crystallize only halfway. The lower half of the jar is solid and the upper half is liquid. It's not just a temporary state while the whole jar crystalizes, it will stay like that for years. Anyone know why?

    I recently switched over to 2:1 syrup. 10 cups water to 10lbs sugar. Today I pulled the feeder to check it out and it was completely clogged with crystalized sugar. Wondering what I'm missing. Thanks.
