Well, they do evaluate and judge queens and I'm assuming drones for creating breeder queens using Instrumental Insemination. Those breeder queens are then used to produce daughters that are then open mated and for sale... I assume, right?
I purchased queens from them last year and they are holding to true Carni looking color, and their colonies perform as I expect NWC to perform.
Other than that, I have no ideas as to why they have some yellow bees in their photos.
