I stumbled across this honey heating box on NH Craigslist yesterday for $20. A woman who owned a coffee shop that also sold honey had it custom made a few years ago and wasn't using it anymore. It's got her old company name on it, but I could care less. It has a 125W heat lamp and maintains a perfect 111 degrees F. The adjustable shelves accommodate different size containers. I use a Maxant wax melter for de-crystallizing larger 5 gal buckets but this is awesome for dealing with smaller containers, glass jars, honey bears, etc. The dimensions must have been per-determined to get the temperature dialed in perfectly, so I'll post more pics with measurements later.
