    Default Hello from India

Hello everyone. I am from South India. I've been wanting to get started for a few years now. I want to get the bees mainly for pollination in my Coffee farm. I've been running my farm for years now and I hardly ever notice any honey bees. Getting the Coffee plants pollinated will be a bonus for me.

Looking forward to learning from all of you.

    Thank you.

Welcome to Beesource. I had no idea that bees helped pollinate coffee, but I see now that they can increase yields by up to 25%. Pretty good reason to start keeping bees!
Thankfully, the bees are smarter than I am. They are doing well, in spite of my efforts to help them.

Well we have the Apis Cerana here. Millifera is also available but not wisely used and I have seen some wild honeybees also on my farm which is a rarity nowadays.
