What honey is this?

    Default What honey is this?

    The honey on the left looks like a sliced lemon and has already crystallized, whereas honey on the right has more tea like color and is still liquid. Any ideas?

    Your area would be helpful. If you were in my neck of the woods it would be cotton and tallow

    From what I have read, Sunflower and Canola crystallizes very quickly.
