I have some salvaged plywood that has been painted white on both sides. can I use it for nucs and swarm traps?

Yes, bees don't care, though where it was salvaged from and what other materials/chemicals it could have contacted would make me leery of using it.

I've had no trouble with painted wood. They attached combs right on the painted roof.
