    As long as you can add empty volume to your hive (either vertically or horizontally) you can feed them through that volume
    1)very efficiently and
    2)in large volumes and
    3)fast and
    4)in targeted fashion

    (feed those who really need it - not the whole world; feed only as much as they can take, don't let the excessive syrup to ferment).

    I don't drink that much coffee, so I'll stick with the chick waterers.

    And I am quite the opposite!
    Am happy I finally figured what to do with all those coffee bags - extremely sturdy, water/air proof, do not rot, not recyclable trash.

    One thing about beekeepers, we are resourceful. Good idea Greg. I DO drink that much coffee, but will stick with my hive top feeders due to ease of filling and such.
    Thankfully, the bees are smarter than I am. They are doing well, in spite of my efforts to help them.
