    Hi, ive strained my honey and I have no particles in it. I let it sit over night and there is small amounts of pollen on the top. How you I remove the pollen. Thanks

    I use a large spoon and drag everything to one side, then scoop it into a container. I'll either set it aside for using in my coffee, or I'll put it out for the bees to recycle it back into the hive.

    saran wrap on the surface. It will pull all the foam and debris off the top. after you pull the layer you can squeeze it into a jar (like a pastry bag) and then scrape it and your waist is minimal.
