Couple of things I noticed, there were others that were not all that important.

Honey bees are not flower specific. They do exhibit floral fidelity which is not the same. Due to floral fidelity, the pollen on a bee's body will be the correct pollen to pollinate the next flower she visits.

Male honey bees only mate once.

Virgin queens may make several mating flights within a few day's time.

Hive separation and alternating entrances are better ways to prevent drifting than colors alone.

Honey bees will fly at 50 F. Wing muscles need to be at about 77F to operate. During flight, the muscles will raise the temperature of the thorax up by 27. Prior to flight on a cold day, the bees will vibrate their flight muscles to warm them up.
Thankfully, the bees are smarter than I am. They are doing well, in spite of my efforts to help them.

You can break it down into parts and attach each part separately.
