What is the best (most famous and delicious) honey in Kyrgyzstan? What are the floral sources that the bees use to make this honey?

Thanks for contacting. All honey in Kyrgyzstan are high mountain. Each have its useful features, each is popular, and finds a buyer. In Kyrgyzstan there are a lot of flowers and herbs (about 160 types) from which bees collect nectar, we have determined the color scheme. We work by color pfund scale, from the lightest (white) to darkest( black).
    Floral sources:
White honey- Sainfoin, alfalfa, melilot and others.
    Esparcet honey- Predominantly sainfoin.
Mountain honey- Peppermint, sage, thyme, oregano, angelica, clover and others.
High-mountainous honey-Edelweiss yellow, rosehips, barberry, currant, rowan, juniper, rose hips, honeysuckle, black fruit barberry, the main honey plant – rosehips and others.
    Buckwheat honey- Predominantly buckwheat
Black honey- Sage, angelica, oregano, rosehips, black fruit barberry and others.

    So, Alana,
Tell us what kind of bees you have in Kyrgyzstan and what is your current bee pest situation in Kyrgyzstan (including the pest control, if any)?
