Default Question - Selling hives in South Texas

The hobby is getting away from me and I need to sell a few hives. Is there anything special I need to do in Texas to sell them or can I just make a post online and sell them?

I live in Texas as well. Here's the applicable Texas Ag Code... https://agrilifecdn.tamu.edu/txapiar...-AND-HONEY.pdf

The only laws about selling bees that I could find were about queens, packages, and nucs; however, this doesn't appear to apply to large hives. If you're selling nucs or queens, you need an apiary inspection certificate, or an affidavit from yourself about being disease free. Open the code and do a Ctrl-F to do a word search within the code.
