Default Supercedure cells in first year package

I noticed supercedure cells in package installed this past May. I see a decent amount capped brood. Is this unusual in a first year colony?

Many things can cause it. She may just not be a good queen. Try getting a nuc from a local next time. p.s. I suggest adding your general location.
