Default More bees at cut out

After doing a cut out, the next day there is still a large number of bees at the site. If I were to go and vacuum up these bees, could I add them to to their relocated hive at the new site or would they be considered invaders?

Dump them in, smoke heavily and worry not.
One-two days later they still have the same common smell to agonize over much.
Former "smoker boy". Classic, square 12 frame Dadants >> Long hive/Short frame experimentation.
