Default Shelf life of ultra-bee pollen substitutue?

What is the shelf life of ultra bee dry pollen substitute?

I had some Bee-Pro pollen patties that I had frozen in FoodSaver vacuum sealed bags two years ago. The girls gobbled up the new patties two years ago, and last year they gobbled up the one year old patties. The bees wouldn't touch them this spring. I don't want to order a big bag of Ultra Bee if is isn't going to keep.

I purchased a 50 lb bag in October 2015. My intention was to use it for patties, but the SHB put a stop to that. Other than open feeding I haven't found a good delivery method. I realized this spring I still had part of the bag stored in the shed. It didn't smell bad, so I hauled it to the apiary and set it out. I didn't see any activity before I left, but the next week it was all gone, so something liked it. It didn't seem to hurt the bees.
