    Default Still building comb?

Seems like I read somewhere that there's an optimal period for comb building, and that once the flow starts they don't build much comb?
Doesn't seem right, since where would they put the comb......
Just wondering since our flow is about to kick in....

In my experience they draw a lot of comb in a flow if they need it.

Actually, have been seeing new wax for 3-4 weeks. I'm not good at identifying plants, but we have lots blooming around here. Not sure about clover yet, but honeysuckle, red buds, etc...
I was wondering about wax production during honey flow, but I think I'm good now. Thanks!

They should draw wax from now till late July and August. I've had trouble my fist 2 years getting them to draw much wax we will see how this year shakes out. My colonies are alot stronger and more of them than I've had since starting so we will see.
