Default Not in soffit - in block wall - trap-out

    .

I know some of you are going to say, why not just open up the soffit to remove them?

This is Florida construction and they are generally always in the block wall.

They just use the soffit as an entry point.

Therefore, it's yet another sweet trap-out.

This one looks challenging. Pat, do you ever see them successfully use the cone to go back in? J

    That's a great question.

Only once has that happened to me where I had to abandon the trap-out and coerce the customer to let me do an inside removal.

It was too far away to keep babysitting.

On top of that, they kept getting back into clay shingles, etc.

    It was a nightmare.

That nightmare trap-out ended up being this successful removal:

That's a much nicer looking cone than your last one!

LOL, it's true. I admit it.

All my newer ones are like this one.

I just have so many trap-outs that need to be done that I refuse to take my ancient ones out of rotation, lol.
