With our discussions on Opening the Sides of the Broodnest, I am wondering if you did OSBN on this hive or on any of your other hives? Or do you have enough drawn comb?
It would be great to see the initial comb that is built, to see how much old wax is used to make new comb.

I have not yet used OSBN. In these last two years I have managed to keep a good number of drawn comb for the next season. In the future I will use it as a strategy to prevent or delay swarming.
So far I have done it this way (picture below) but the OSBN seems to me more appropriate.
