    Default Over wintered honey?

I just tore down and cleaned one of our hives that didn't make it last winter. We installed new NUCs today. One box is pretty solid with capped honey. I didn't feed much last fall. If it tastes like honey, it should be alright to extract or at least feed back to the new hives correct?

I would think mite treatment would also need to be considered if extracting.
Please excuse me, I am now free to go manage & treat ;)

I wouldn't use it, I'd feed it back. Over wintered honey, at least in my experience, crystallizes pretty quickly.
