I found these clusters of chewed up honey bees in front of several hives. Does anybody know what is eating my bees and how to get rid of it? Thanks.

    Probably a skunk.

Either trap them out or increase the height of your hives from the ground.

opossums do that too. sometimes they are just chewing up the dead bees that have been hauled out of the hive.

either way, when i see that i use one of these:

Sprinkle lye in front of hive where they roll the bees.

    squarepeg,

I really like that trap you linked. Think I'll pick one up.
    Thanks

very easy to use. i throw in a little dry cat food for bait.

it helps if you stabilize the trap with a concrete block or two to prevent it from 'rolling'.

    Get a game camera.

I caught an opossum at one of the hives that did not have a top entrace several years ago.
