I prefer coffee in the morning, but it too is sweetened with honey. I go through a pint mason jar of honey each month. I drink a lot of coffee!
Thankfully, the bees are smarter than I am. They are doing well, in spite of my efforts to help them.

I keep a slab of comb honey on a cutting board on the counter. I chop off a slice and eat it like a candy bar.

I have been dieting since spring. Things were largely stalled until June when I started drinking green tea sweetened with honey. I always drank a lot of black tea during the day, nearly a gallon. Since I switched to green tea/honey without changing up the diet I was on, I've dropped about 10lb.

Really thanks to honey for its many benefits, when deciding to go on a diet, uplifting one's mood, and even relieving stress. As I was searching online for more benefits, I found out that when stress is too much to handle, seeking online counseling could help a great deal. And ReGain is one of the trusted online counseling site they recommend.

I'm trying to cut most of the processed food from my diet. They say sugar is about the worst offender. Honey is an excellent replacement, and after just a few weeks, I'm noticing a difference in how I feel. A chunk of comb honey keeps me from heading to the freezer for a Klondike bar.

I always add honey if I drink tisane and black tea.
