Really irritating Amazon Prime popup ad

Just today (July 16), in IE on Windows 7 pc, I am getting a very irritating Amazon prime ad dancing across my Beesource page on each and every post I click on. There is no X in the corner to close, only a link at the bottom to click and say "not interested". Can't find anywhere in IE to change the popup ad settings to make this go away.

Is anyone else getting the same ad and is it a paid ad on Beesource or something else? I don't get it when I am checking my email with the same browser.

I only get it when first opening the page. Not getting it each time I open a new thread. It is a 36 hour sale. The ad will be gone by the end of tomorrow.

getting it too on my macbook pro with up to date operating system. can't figure out how to defeat it.

And then it might be replaced with a different one. It bugs the heck out of me. I never had to put up with this before. I got zoom on to be able to see and I have to unzoom just to be able to get rid of it. The stuff on the side is buggy enough with out screen blocking crap.

Thank you all. Took note of it since it happened to me too and it's been submitted. For me, it happened sporadically but I think every browser is different. Grateful for the input!

Biggs the heck out of me too. I trt to open bs page, and poof there is amazon again !!!! Bs should ban pop ups. I know its paid advertising for them, but seriously... getting bad lately

still there as of this morning. seems to happen just on the first visit after an hour or so of non-activity. clicking anywhere on the page makes it go away.

The Amazon prime ad is finally gone! Thank you to whoever got that fixed this afternoon. Now we can return to our regularly scheduled Bee TV programming.

I was getting the same thing and thankfully it has resolved today. I thought it was only my computer, it was VERY annoying. Won't order anything using Amazon Prime for sure!

Hey,

It was an issue with whatever coding the ad used. They were supposed to remember that a user had seen it and not show again, they were also only supposed to show for non registed/not logged in users. This was corrected and then taken down.
