Queen cells there yesterday and gone today.

    Default Queen cells there yesterday and gone today.

    I just checked my hive and the queen cells I saw yesterday are gone. I took photos and sent them to a beekeeper friend and he said that they were queen cells. w
    hat is up?

    Hmm, can you give some background info? How many bars drawn out, how much brood, what else did you do when you saw the queen cells during that inspection?

    were there eggs or larvae in the hive too, and are you sure they were capped queen cells? workers can tear down queen cells quickly once the virgin emerges.

    Like I said earlier there were 3 partial queen cells that were not capped but I could not find them the next day. I have one partially drawn out queen cell today, It is not capped. I am certain I saw the queen yesterday.
