    It is probably crystallizing.

    Was really dry in my area last spring the moisture content of the honey ( I am guessing ) was below normal. About 80% of my honey crystalized this past year
    Dad always said " Smart like tractor, strong like bull "

    Honey crystallizes - it's what it does.
    Depending on the source, some will set in the comb if you are not careful (Oil Seed Rape (Canola) or Ivy. Others will last a long time in the comb or jar without crystallizing.
