Lemon infused honey comb?

Hello, I have never been a keeper before, and I shan't be for a while either. However, I remember one programme on TV one time (when I used to watch it, or perhaps it was on YouTube?) and a TV presenter accompanied an experienced keeper up a cliff face where a massive bee colony had been busy, all this in a tropical location of course. The "extraction" method was even simpler than the Flow Hive as you cut the comb and gravity does the rest. When eating it freshly cut the presenter mentioned that is was sweet like lemon, and being a fan of lemon I rather liked the sound of that.

I know that all combs will have a different slightly aroma because of the pollen they fetch, but is there a way to infuse a chunk of honey comb (which is the way I like to eat it) with lemon to artificially get that result please?

Many thank for your help!
