Default Paid to post but can't

I paid about a week ago to be able to post in the for sale section but still can't. I paid again to see if there was a glitch and still can't. Sent admin a message but haven't heard back. Thanks

I am not part of the payment process, that should be handled by the site owner, VerticalScope.

But ... there is apparently still some coding on the Beesource site that directs these payments to Barry, the previous owner of Beesource. Based on conversations with others with this problem, it appears that Barry has not "accepted" these payments, so it should be a fairly simple matter to log onto your PayPal account, go to the "not accepted" payment, and cancel it, which will release the funds back to your PayPal account.

I myself went through a similar process with a PayPal payment I made on a failed Ebay transaction several weeks ago. Once I understood what had happened, it was a simple process on my PayPal account website.

As far as getting ads posted in the For Sale forum, VerticalScope Admin is aware of the problem, and as far as I know they are working on it. If you wish you can contact VerticalScope Admin by sending a PM to "admin".

There are a variety of ways to initiate a PM. One of them is to click on a member ID and follow the prompts. Here is a link to the Admin account, and you can click on "Send Private Message" on the left side:

My recommendation is to get your money back from PayPal now, and resubmit payment for the ad after the website coding is fixed so that those payments go to VerticalScope.

    Hey Tpadgett100 ,

Hey If you haven't begun the process to get a refund through PayPal, please send us a PM with the following details so we can get confirmation with our sales dept. and restore your account:

    - email address associated with your PayPal account
    - date purchased
    - transaction ID #
    - amount paid

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but we thank you for your patience and cooperation on this.

    Cheers,
    Nate

Lisa, your post in the FAQ forum was consolidated into this thread to keep similar issues in one thread. See post #2 for suggestions.

For those still having issues with this (not being able to post in the classifieds section even after you've purchased your subscription to do so), and still want to keep their subscription, please provide the info as requested above (will copy/paste it here as well) so we can get confirmation and we'll restore that function for you:

    - email address associated with your PayPal account
    - date purchased
    - transaction ID #
    - amount paid

Not sure what's happening there but if this is a growing trend, something's obviously not sticking. Is there an error message or anything you see when you can't post in that section? Thanks for your assistance on this.

    Cheers,
    Nate

The payment is done through PayPal:

Can you provide us the link that you see goes to Barry's account? You say you got the refund, but the 'webpage link' still goes to Barry's account - which webpage link?

    Thanks,
    Nate
