Default should I have split into 3 hives? video attached

i just grabbed the second stack took a quick peek for small babies and honey then dropped on a pallet. I noticed today there are way more bees than expected and also the main hive is also still massively full of bees. Now Im wondering if I should have split this into 3 hives. its odd to me because its different compared to the other 4 splits I made. The queen maybe in the split hive and she has call the other workers over.

I have a trailer park for bees. I think some fancy people call it an apiary.

The big hive in the location of the original? All the field bees go home.

The split is right next to the hive. Yes the original hive is in the same location

I imagine it's pretty warm in Louisiana, so I am sure some of that is bearding.
