Well, Scottsbee, your photo hosting test worked.

Note he/she used the Postimg.org "forum" feature, where a thumbnail image is displayed initially, but clicking the thumbnail enlarges the image. In the case of oversize (as in the above test photo) images, clicking a 2nd time allows viewing at full size.

What's happened to postimage? Site doesn't open and pictures don't show, have they gone out of business or something?

The site seems to be loading normally for me this morning. I didn't try to upload anything....but it looks ok.

I have noticed that the shortcut "postimg.org" seems to not work anymore, and it did earlier. But postimages.org does work.

Thanks, that worked. But what about the pics that were posted, I posted some pics in this thread and they are no longer visible, well not to me, anyway.

Seems like they closed a site and opened another?

OK just trying an image from the new site to see if it works

If you previously posted photos to postimg.org while logged in to an account you created, you should be able to find those photos in your account at postimages.org, in my expectation. Photos that I posted earlier using postimg.org are still in my account, at least.

I don't think there were two sites, just two URLs, both pointing to the same site.

If you didn't create an account at all, prior to uploading a photo, or didn't log into your account, then you were "anonymous". And ...
I have uploaded an image anonymously. How can I delete it?
Please find in your browser history the page that loaded when you had just uploaded the image in question; the last link in the code box links to a page that allows you to remove an anonymously uploaded image from our website.

If you don't know the page link then likely there is nothing you can do.

That's what I did Rader, used your link and the site opened, so logged in and there were my pics. Posted this one and it works, so as you say, they must have stopped using the other URL.
