Default Swarm Commander in queenless hive

Anyone ever spray some in a queenless hive to help suppress laying worker syndrome until you get it re-queened? Just wondering thanks

I had a swarm trap last year that was up over my head.It was high enough I could lift the lid a little and spray in some swarm commander. One day I walked by it and saw no bees so lifted the lid a little and hit it with three spray shots.Little did I know that there was a swarm inside it.Bees flogged out.In about 5 minutes they left!!! Now I look before spraying!!!

it's the brood pheromone that suppresses the laying workers not the queen pheromone.
