I got mine from mbevanz here on the forum. He has II breeders directly from the Purdue stock (we're both here in IN near Purdue). I'm not sure if he ships any. I've thought about selling some of my grafts this spring, but not sure yet.

I shouldn't reply since it is my first and don't want it to look like a sales add. Met Jeff last night for the first time (http://www.mountainstatequeens.com), great guy and very informative

Heh, the Mountain State link is pushing Mite Maulers.

    http://www.mountainstatequeens.com/

    This pitch is fun:

This makes the 5th mite-fighting genetics I have gotten into my Mountain Queens. We started with Minnesota Hygienic queens to build the ankle biters. Then I introduced VSH bees from Drs. Harbo and Harris along with VP Queen VSH genetics. We added New Wold Carniolan genetics for grooming behavior. And Palmer and Canadian Buckfast for northern overwintering qualities. Now we have begun working Mite Mauler genes into the mix and have been very pleased with the results from our comparative mite drop counts this year.
Hang on because hope is on the way!

Sounds like an attempt to breed the perfect bee. They won't quite remove frames and extract them by themselves but the breeders seem to be headed that way. It will be interesting to see what actually materializes in sustainable traits.
