you can try here, in the past they would fill totes but not 55 gal drums, but they no longer list sugar on the web site. you have to have your own tote.

google map if it works. even with the map it's hard to find, it's one of the back buildings in a bunch of buildings, look for the tanker trucks.

I have been searching for a slightly smaller quantity of HFCS-55 locally as well, some combination of buckets/drums or a partially filled tote.

This morning I took the suggestion and called the Cargill terminal in Worcester, the gentleman in the terminal indicated Worcester is no longer setup for drums or totes, but sent me off to a woman named Ann in the front office. Ann was very helpful but confirmed that many of the terminals are not setup for totes/drums for perhaps safety reasons, but interestingly suggested I call another team at Cargill who works with beekeepers?!?

I got through to that team, the rep named Jill deals with HFCS-55 and beekeepers, but indicated that I couldn't buy directly and would have to go through Mann Lake who could help setup delivery in their terminals. However, after Jyl looked at her list of all Cargill terminals in New England she confirmed what the folks in the terminal had indicated - that none of the facilities in or around New England are still setup for either totes or drums... only tank trucks. Her only suggestion was to call Mann Lake to see if they could perhaps deliver something via tanker, but it would be out of Dayton OH and not local to us here in MA/NH!

I put a call into Tate and Lyle a few days ago but haven't heard back, they run a similar facility at a rail head in Westborough MA. However, I heard from a fellow beek that they no longer let you drive up to fill a tote/drum either, so I suspect it may be a dead end as well.

I purchased a tote of HFCS 55 from good foods inc out of Pennsylvania. $1200 plus $200 shipping with lift gate to Massachusetts. They handle 5 gal pails and 55 gal drums as well.
