Default Nuc isn't growing at all.

I bought a nuc hive 6 weeks ago. Had a queen, capped brood, honey pollen, and lots of bees. After 6 weeks I still have all that with new eggs and larvae but they will not draw out any part of the other frames in the deep box. They are climbing all over them but no comb at all. Anyone have advice on this? Are there mits inside? Lazy queen? Lazy hive? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Are you feeding them?

The bees will build as they need it, providing there is a flow/feed and they are queen right and disease free. How many frames of brood did you start with in your nuc? Is your area in a flow?

A queen right hive that does not expand during has a problem, how is your brood pattern? Post pictures of your open and capped brood.

They won't draw new comb if they don't need it. If you are feeding syrup and pollen patties you should be seeing new comb drawn. If you are not feeding, and you're in a dearth, or you only have young bees and very few foragers, there is nothing coming in and brood and comb drawing will be at a minimum.
