NJ bee laws are being formulated by the agriculture dept. at this time. They appear to be very restrictive
Here are the proposed law changes in NJ.
If you are a beek in NJ you better read them now and get involved before passage.

The bee laws have resurfaced and are restrictive and unchanged.
