What is needed:

• zip code, city or county
• date when the bees swarmed or when you found the swarm.
• comments - example: if the swarm came from your hive, or if you were called to pick up a swarm, how long was it there. This is not for cutouts unless the bees just took up residence and are not established. It would also be great to include a small photo of the swarm.

My 1st summer in beekeeping. A friend helped me capture a swarm. Think it may have come from my other hive at neighbors. Will try to post picture. They landed on tree above my home hive. I have no idea how to put a picture in here.

Sorry. So new to this. The date was July 2/16. I live in a small town in southern Sask (which is a province, not a state&#128522. I had gone out to yard for other activity, when the sky darkened with bees. Then they landed on tree. Cluster was about 2 feet long and a foot wide. With the help of a neighbour we trimmed tree branch and set up a hive. But the girls all just moved into the established hive. I'm so learning in all of this.
