Chinese Elms are getting close to bloom here in Sedg. Co. A few more days of warming weather should get some to bloom.

Dandelions will be a no-show until we get some rain which is badly needed. It's severely dry in my local area.

Elms blooming, but the 30-40 mph winds make it rough to fly. Not a dandelion in sight...too dry.

Henbit in field across from me. Apricot tree. Red elm. Daffodils. Wayside speedwell. Shepherd's purse. A couple lonely dandelions in warm spots. Plenty of moisture now we just need some warmth.

Slow start this year. Pretty much a re-set with the 20 degree and lower nights April 2-7.

Siberian elms and the bees are on them heavy. First pollen coming into hives that I’ve seen.

Picked up about three quarter inch of rain early yesterday. Dandelion bloom is still going good....hope the rain extends it to the max. A red oak tree is nearing bloom...couple of more days and bees will be raiding it. Black locus trees are just beginning to green up....it'll be awhile before they bloom yet.
