black locust tree
have not seen the bees working the blooms yet, but i'm sure they'll be there very soon...have been looking for these blooms for a couple of weeks and just noticed them today.....lots of black locust in this location....
The Tulip Poplar trees are in full bloom, as are Locust. Honeysuckle has been blooming for about a week now. Location: Illinois, about 23 miles east of St. Louis, MO.
Noticed redbud are opening this morning. Bradford pear are in full bloom and have been since Saturday. Magnolia were blooming late last week and the feral bees around me found them by Saturday morning. My backyard apple tree will probably bloom in the next 2-3 days. 61611
Linden (basswood) started in Northern Illinois, should be full bloom in another day or two.
