    Not exactly blooming but it is a harbinger of spring. Heard and then saw a large v of Sandhill cranes headed north.

    wild blackberries are starting to bud. hope the freeze doesn't hit them too hard. Poplar is just really starting to leaf out but dont see buds yet

    A few hardwoods are starting to leaf out. I can ID Poplar and Sweet Gum. The wild choke cherry and Dogwood are starting to bloom.

    Had some pear trees blooming right before I picked up my bees on 2-18-2017.
    Looks like dandelions are blooming, not many.
    I see a lot of different ornamental type trees blooming, I don't know what they are, definitely some dogwoods.

    Blackberry beginning to bloom. Seeing some clover also blooming.
    Black Cherry? blooming

    Tulip poplars leafed out Can not tell if there are flower buds on them though.

    Finally saw some tulip poplar blooming. Last couple days have been savage to them. Saw alot of unopened buds on the ground. 35 mile an hour wind gusts...hope it did not cause too much damage.
