I can't sell the stuff, figured I might just as well give it away.

Wow, thanks! I think I need to hire you on as chief marketer and bread baker, Barry. Few things are as good on a cold winter day as fresh bread with a drizzle of honey.

You have every reason to be proud of the honey you produce. It's outstanding. I understand the marketing constraints you have, but it is a real shame that it will most likely end up in the hands of a packer and get mixed with other honeys. At least you have a product that will keep for more than a year, hopefully affording you the leverage to get a good return on your work. From all appearances I see, you run a top notch business.

Clover honey is tops on my list.

I was hoping to buy a couple drums from Jim to supplement my potential shortage this spring. Freight and transportation is the issue. He's 12 hrs. and 848 miles away. Anyone heading this way with a truck? smiles

Barry, I love your video. It was well put together, story line and all. To start and end with Jim's honey being poured from the jar was "The Capper."

Maddy giggled like a little girl when we opened up Jim's parcel of honey. And, yes, it taste good, like honey should. Again, may I say, "Thank you, Jim."

Ok... for some reason about halfway through the video, I had an overwhelming urge to make a sandwich. Then, as I was making it, it dawned on me. Am I the ONLY one that doesn't have Jim's honey? WT heck Jim! What gives? lol
