    Default Is search working?

I keep searching for SHB but it always comes back not found. I know there are many posts with SHB in both title and content.

The Google Custom Search feature on the Beesource home page has been broken for some time. I PM'd Barry about it earlier but got no response.

An equivalent search can be performed using Google and the keyword "site:" with "Beesource.com" specified as the site. For example, in a Google search box, if you want to search Beesource for "SHB", type this:

    SHB site:beesource.com

The results should be the same as the Beesource home page search. (Be sure to include the colon as shown above.)

The vBulletin "search" (top right of most pages) works the same as it always has, but will not search for anything less than 4 characters, so it will not work for "SHB".

Thank you. That is a good work-around. I guess I did not realize that google was crawling the forums.

Its now working for me too.

One interesting feature of using the "site:" keyword alternative mentioned above is that once the search results are returned, you can click the "Images" tab and see photos that are associated with the Beesource threads your search returned. This option is not available with the Beesource "Home Page" search.
