    Question Queen Cells

I have a new hive. The queen seems to be laying pretty full patterns, but there are several frames that that she has not started laying in yet. I looked through the hive today, and I saw what could have been a queen cell. Why would the bees be making queen cells when there is still plenty of room, and the queen is doing a pretty good job of laying? Also, I am not sure that what I saw is a queen cell. At the bottom of the frame, it seems like the bees made cells upon cells. How can I be sure that I am looking at a queen cell, and not some conglomerate of drone cells?

    Any help is appreciated.

    Thanks.

It sounds like bridge come containing drone cells, quite common. a picture would ensure the diagnosis.
