I'm a new backyard beekeeper in Florida with one colony. I've just strained my first harvest of about four gallons of sweet, fragrant, dark, thick honey. How long should I rest it before I bottle it into my 16 and 32 oz bottles? I've heard from 2 days to two weeks. I strained through a 600 and a 400 micron screen. Is there likely to be anything to rise up or settle out other than air?
