    Default Turkey

I've been working in Lake Geneva, WI. For the last two weeks on my drive up (1-1/2 hours), I've seen many geese formations flying north. When I finally get to the job and get out of the truck, it's very quiet, away from all noise, except for the geese and cranes honking overhead. This Thursday when I went outside for lunch, I counted 30 turkeys feeding across the property.

So are you telling me I can't snatch one and have turkey sandwiches for the next 3 weeks? I even had an orange shirt on and it didn't phase them.

Good pics. They look like Jakes. The 3rd pic I think you can see a small beard on one.

If you use a .22 nobody will hear it.
Chuck Norris has a grizzly bear carpet in his room. The bear isn't dead it is just afraid to move.

Great pics Barry. I live north of Lake Geneva about 45 minutes. Lots of wild turkeys in this area. Now with spring I'm seeing the adult toms sitting out in the fields strutting their stuff. all fanned out to impress the girls. Great time of year.

There must have been 2-3 toms in the group. I don't know what the usual make up of a group this size is (male/female/young). Half were young ones.
