I would buy the 8ft privacy panels at the local building supply super store instead of cattle panels. They will not slow down the bee's, and it gets the bee's above head level for flight.

I agree with the peanutbutter only I would take a piece of hardware cloth about 8 " by 3 " bend it double across the width of it and coat it with peanutbutter and hang it on the electric fence.

It was a great HAS meeting in great facilities. The food was delicious, facilities were all close together and user friendly, lots of vendors, and plenty of knowledge to try and soak up.
