    Re: New Loader?

We have an Avant and are very pleased with it. We purchased the 500 series. The price was about 38k with a bucket loader and forks. I am buying the bush hog next year to tackle the florida grass.

Re: 2012 3lb Packages for Sale

Re: 2012 3lb Packages for Sale

    Re: No compete clauses

Respectfully, I disagree. Astro is in our Fourth Judicial Circuit and our Court of Appeals has held as enforceable a Confidentiality Agreement and Covenant not to Compete. In fact one year, while I...

Two months ago a grower called me from the Modesto area wanting to get two loads. I quoted him 190.00 and you could hear him fall off his chair. Fast forward to the last week of the year and he calls...

    2015 Pepper Flow

How is the flow by you all? I have 900 colonies in the Okeechobee, Florida area and the flow has just started to get heavy. Could be one of the better flows in a long time.
  16. Re: Negative Dealings with Bjorkman Brothers in California Almond Pollination-2015

No this was spelled out in a written agreement. Would never engage a contract without one.
  17. Negative Dealings with Bjorkman Brothers in California Almond Pollination-2015

Was contacted my Sven Bjorkman who wanted my bees. Agreed to send him a load. He picked them up and put them in an orchard in Modesto, California. Agreement was 50% upon inspection, and balance 10...

Re: What is pollination on shares?

If you're going to do it this way, be sure to indicate a minimum amount of honey that will be "shared". If for some reason the minimum is not met, then there should be a financial payment to you....

  23. Re: I need help designing a pump system for filling inside feeders

My first pump I used a similar system and it failed miserably, 400 miles from home while trying to feed colonies. I use a 3" trash pump with pvc reductions to a 1" hose. I use a pool hose to go from...
