    Try to take pictures of each side of each frame - that way, even if you don't spot your queen when you're there, you can always go over the photos when you get home! That was how I spotted my queen,...

    I'll second that immunotherapy! I have had it before (though, thankfully, it wasn't for bee venom!) and can attest to it helping out with my rather severe pollen allergies (birch trees and ragweed)....
