    I think you guys need to look at the situation as a "half glass full"- guaranteed bee sales every spring. Your operation can be sustainable while his cannot.

    With the potential for mites to develop resistance to Apivar, I would follow the recommended dosage on the labeling. 1 strips per 5 frames of bees, placed in the brood area. Order a second pack.
